Course Access and Enrolment
Registration
To enrol in our course, you must:

Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
Immediate access to the complete course you enrolled in, including all materials and resources available for your specific course option.
All course materials, including videos, transcripts, worksheets, and resources
Lifetime access to course content (subject to these terms)
Any bonuses specified at the time of enrolment, as well as any bonuses that may be added from time to time to relevant tier enrolments
Self-Paced Nature: The course is self-paced and you have lifetime access. You may take as long as is necessary to complete and implement the material. However, participants are encouraged to complete the course as early as possible in order to gain clarity sooner and begin applying the insights while motivation and momentum are strongest. Because access is lifetime, you may return to the material at any time to review, repeat, or engage more deeply in order to gain clarity as needed.
Implementation Calls
If your enrolment includes a 1-on-1 implementation call, you must schedule the call within 60 days of course completion, provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling, and be prepared with specific questions or challenges.
Missed calls without 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled.

Account Security

Payment Terms
Purchases Made on Udemy: Purchases made through Udemy are subject to Udemy's policies.
Pricing
Course pricing is displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor owned by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Prohibited Uses
You may NOT share your login credentials with others, record, reproduce, or redistribute course content, sell, license, or commercially exploit any course materials, modify or create derivative works from course content, use course materials to create competing products or services, or remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

Refund Request Process

Purchases made through Udemy are subject to Udemy's policies.
If you enrol through third-party platforms (such as Udemy), you are also subject to their terms and conditions. In case of conflict, the third-party platform's terms may take precedence for matters related to that platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
